Please call 1-866-2-REFILL (1-866-273-3455), and follow the intstructions. The first 10 numbers of the 14 digit PIN is your refill number, and the last 4 numbers is your Pass or Access code. You will be prompted to enter the first 10 numbers first, and then prompted to enter the last 4 numbers, in 2 separate steps.
